Please DO NOT return any products prior to contacting us for a returns number, and please note that we do not issue any refunds until we have received the goods. If you have paid by card, a refund will be put back on your card, if you sent a cheque, we will issue your refund by cheque.
In accordance with the Distance selling Regulations, all UK customers have a seven day cooling off period, after receiving the goods, in which to cancel any purchase made on the Internet, and receive a full refund. This is subject to any delivery costs we have incurred, this rule still applies even if you qualified for free postage. You do not need to give a reason, and we must give you a full refund of the products within 30 days. All products should be returned unopened, unused, in their original packaging if possible, and in a re-saleable condition.
If you are a UK customer and you would like to make a cancellation within the seven day cooling off period, please email or write to us, stating how your order was made i.e. post or website, with a Paypal number if applicable, and name and address.
We do not accept any responsibility for the goods until they have reached us, and we do not pay for goods to be returned to us, it is advisable to retain your proof of postage, or to send by recorded delivery.
If your products do not reach you in perfect condition, please contact us to arrange for their return, if this is possible, within seven days of receiving them, so we can arrange for a replacement or refund of your products.
Please contact us within 10 days of placing your order if you have not received your goods, and we will do our best to find out why, and arrange for a replacement or refund of your products.
