Post and Packaging Costs

All of our post and packaging materials are either recycled, or can be recycled, so we ask that you help us by recyling any boxes, etc. that you receive from us.

Post & Packing:

Our aim is to have your products with you within seven working days (usually quicker), however, depending on availability and your location, this may take longer. Please see 'ordering' for our policies on out of stock orders.

UK orders under £35:

All UK orders under £35 will be charged £2.95 postage

UK orders over £35:

All UK orders over £35 will receive free postage

International Orders:

All international orders will be charged UK postage rates at the checkout, and will be invoiced separately via email for any additional costs, if any, and will be able to pay this via a PayPal link in the email.

For example: If your order is under £35, you will get charged £2.95 at checkout, if your postage then comes to £6.00, (once it has been packaged up and weighed), you will then be invoiced for £3.05, which you can pay after you have placed your order.

Alternatively, if your order is over £35, you will not be charged postage at checkout, and will be invoiced once we know the exact amount it will cost to send you your goods.

With both of the above examples, the invoice will be sent via email, in which there will be a PayPal link, enabling you to pay safely.

Please note: no orders will be dispatched until postage has been paid, and we are not liable for any import charges you may incur.
