Ordering Info

All our prices are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT but not post and packaging. For more details of our post and packaging policies click here. You can order from us in three ways:

Firstly, shop online

PLEASE NOTE: You do not need to create a Paypal account to shop with us, enter your details on the first page of the checkout process and then on the next page you will get the choice to use your Paypal account if you have one or to go directly to paying with your card as normal.

We take your privacy seriously. We have chosen to go with Paypal as our means of accepting online payment. All your information is encrypted before it is sent to Paypal, where they process your payment, and then send the funds to us. Your information is not decrypted until it reaches PayPal.

PayPal is a leader in anti-fraud technology, using state-of-the-art equipment to help prevent fraud, and have expert staff monitoring all transactions enabling you to pay safely. For more detailed information on their policies, click here

Secondly, order by post:

If you would prefer to send us a cheque simply email or call us with your order or click here to use our order form.  We can then let you know the total cost of your order, including postage. Please see our post and packaging page. Once your cheque has cleared, your order will be dispatched.

Lastly, by phone:

You can call us, order and pay for your goods by phone, or fill out our order form, stating that you would like to pay by card, and we will ring you for payment.

Out of Stock Orders:

If a product you have requested is out of stock, we will email you to let you know. Usually, our products can be with us within 2 working days if we need to re-order, except for the make up, which takes about a week. You may wish to have an alternative product, wait for your product of choice to arrive, or cancel the order.
